Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) is expected to miss the team's games against the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday and Portland Trail Blazers on Friday.
James is expected to rest his ankle as he continues to work his way back to full health with an eye on the playoffs. Kyle Kuzma started for James on Monday and could remain in the starting five for the Lakers' back-to-back on Thursday and Friday. Our models expect Kuzma to play 28.9 minutes against the Clippers on Thursday.
Kuzma's Thursday projection includes 13.5 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 25.6 FanDuel points.
