Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard (hamstring) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Charlotte Hornets.
Lillard will miss his second straight contest with right hamstring tendinopathy. Expect C.J. McCollum to play a lead offensive role in a favorable matchup against a Charlotte unit ranked 16th in points allowed per game this season.
McCollum's Sunday projection includes 23.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.7 assists.
