Dwight Howard (knee) ruled out for Philadelphia Wednesday
Philadelphia 76ers forward/center Dwight Howard will not play Wednesday in the team's game against the Brooklyn Nets.
What It Means:
Howard has been ruled out late due to a knee injury. It's unclear how serious the ailment is, but he'll miss at least Wednesday's tilt. Mike Scott figures to move into the second-team center role, and Paul Reed could enter the rotation.
