Nets-Timberwolves could be postponed Monday
Tonight's scheduled game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Brooklyn Nets could be postponed, Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
Wojnarowski adds that an official decision will be expected by this afternoon. Outrage over police violence in Minnesota has already led to the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins postponing their scheduled game today, and the NBA could make a similar decision.
Minnesota suffered at the hands of police violence last summer with the murder of George Floyd, as well as during the ensuing protests, which led to the NBA's player-led walkout last season. We'll hopefully know more soon about the status of tonight's game.
