Derrick Jones Jr. to come off Blazers bench Sunday
Derrick Jones Jr. will come off of the Portland Trail Blazers' bench for Sunday's game against the Toronto Raptors.
The Blazers will give recently-acquired guard Norman Powell his second consecutive start, this one coming against the team he had been starting for just four days ago. With Damian Lillard (knee) re-entering the lineup tonight after missing Friday's game, Jones Jr. will move to the bench.
Jones Jr. has started in 40 of 41 games so far this season and will likely still play an important role in the Blazers' rotation. Our models project him to play 19 minutes against the Raptors and to score 13.2 fantasy points (a noticeable drop-off from his average of 19.2 fantasy points per game so far this season). FanDuel has set his salary at $4,300 for tonight's slate.
