Charania: Magic reportedly waive Jeff Teague on Saturday
According to Shams Charania, the Orlando Magic reportedly waived point guard Jeff Teague.
What It Means:
Teague has been placed on waivers after the veteran guard was involved in Evan Fournier's trade to the Celtics.
In 34 games this season mostly as a backup contributor, Teague averaged 6.9 points with a 54% true shooting percentage. Expect the veteran to play a similar role if he is eventually added to another's team roster while R.J. Hampton is on track to play more minutes with Orlando.
