Elfrid Payton (hamstring) expected to remain out Tuesday for Knicks

New York Knicks point guard Elfrid Payton (right hamstring strain) is doubtful for Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

What It Means:

Payton looks like he will miss a second straight game. Derrick Rose (health protocols) and Austin Rivers (personal) will also remain out. Immanuel Quickley drew his first career start on Monday and scored 21 points for a second straight game over 34 minutes. Frank Ntilikina went scoreless off the bench and fouled out in 16 minutes of play.

Quickley is averaging 31.0 FanDuel points over the last two games and he has a salary of $5,200 on Tuesday's seven-game slate. The 76ers will be without Joel Embiid (knee) and they are allowing 2.2 more points per 100 possessions on a better field goal percentage when Embiid is out.
