Terrence Ross (knee) ruled out for Magic against Miami Thursday

Orlando Magic guard/forward Terrence Ross (sore left knee) is out for Thursday's game against the Miami Heat.

What It Means:

The Magic will be without Ross, Evan Fournier (groin), and James Ennis (calf) on the wing Thursday. That should result in a larger role for Dwayne Bacon and lead to a busy night on offense for Nikola Vucevic. Gary Clark and Chuma Okeke also figure to be more involved in the rotation.

Vooch is registering a team-high 26.8 usage percentage without Ross, Fournier, and Clark on the court this season. It jumps to 31.8 percent when Aaron Gordon (ankle) is also out and Gordon is questionable to play Thursday. Vucevic has a salary of $9,900 on Thursday's 11-game slate and numberFire's models project him for 52.4 FanDuel points versus Miami.
