Luka Doncic (injury management) ruled out for Mavericks Thursday in back-to-back
Dallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic (right knee injury management) will not play Thursday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis will both sit out the second leg of the Mavericks' back-to-back due to right knee ailments. Jalen Brunson is a candidate to replace Doncic in the starting lineup and there will be more ball-handling duties for Trey Burke and Tim Hardaway Jr.
THJ is leading the Mavericks with a 29.7 usage percentage without Doncic and KP on the floor this season. numberFire's models project Hardaway for 23.4 FanDuel points on Thursday. He has a salary of $4,100 on the 11-game slate. Brunson is projected for 30.9 FanDuel points with a salary of $5,300.
