Hornets' Cody Zeller (hip) out on Friday
Charlotte Hornets forward/center Cody Zeller (hip) has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Golden State Warriors.
As expected, Zeller has been downgraded from doubtful to out with a left hip contusion and will not play against the Warriors. His next chance to play will come against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday. Bismack Biyombo is the favorite to replace Zeller in the first unit while P.J. Washington should be more involved in smaller lineups.
The Hornets are 6.5-point underdogs against the Warriors on Friday. Their implied team total of 113.50 points is the sixth-highest team total on Friday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map.
