Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (hip) is ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors.
Herro will miss his second straight game with a bruised right hip. Expect Goran Dragic to play an increased offensive role against a Toronto unit ranked ninth in defensive efficiency.
Dragic's Wednesday projection includes 14.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 5.1 assist.
