LaMarcus Aldridge (hip) will return for shorthanded Spurs Wednesday
San Antonio Spurs forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge (right hip flexor) will play on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Aldridge will play for the first time since February 1. He will be one of 10 available players Wednesday for a Spurs team that hasn't played in over a week due to multiple players testing positive for COVID-19. DeMar DeRozan will not play because of personal reasons. Derrick White, Keldon Johnson, Devin Vassell, Rudy Gay, and Quinndary Weatherspoon are all out due to health and safety protocols. Aldridge will likely see as much work as he can handle in his first game back and there hasn't been any word of a minutes restriction.
numberFire’s models project Aldridge for 24.2 FanDuel points versus the Thunder and he has a salary of $5,600 on Wednesday’s nine-game slate.
