76ers' T.J. McConnell (ankle) doubtful against Detroit
Philadelphia 76ers point guard T.J. McConnell (right ankle sprain) is considered doubtful for Wednesday's game versus the Detroit Pistons.
He is traveling with the team, but the chances of him playing are slim. McConnell had to be carried to the locker room Tuesday, so he may have to miss some additional time. Ish Smith will have to log heavy minutes as the starter, and Kendall Marshall will take over the backup point guard role.
McConnell is inside the top 100 on the year with a -2.5 nERD through 56 games. He's averaging 6.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.3 steals per game on 47.6 percent shooting.
