Kemba Walker (injury management) out for Celtics' back-to-back Wednesday

Boston Celtics point guard Kemba Walker (left knee injury management) will not play Wednesday versus the Atlanta Hawks.

What It Means:

Walker will sit out the second leg of Boston's back-to-back after playing 31 minutes on Tuesday. He scored 17 points (5-of-13 field goals, 4-of-4 free throws) with 1 rebound, 4 assists, and 3 triples. Payton Pritchard is a candidate to replace Walker in the starting lineup on Wednesday. There should also be more ballhandling responsibilities for Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.

Pritchard only scored 6.1 FanDuel points over 28.7 minutes last Friday in his first start of the season. He has a salary of only $3,900 on Wednesday and should be looking at a similar workload versus a Hawks team that is allowing the most FanDuel points per game to the point guard position this season.
