Spurs' next 3 games postponed following positive COVID-19 tests
The San Antonio Spurs have four positive COVID-19 tests and their next three games will be postponed.
The Charlotte Hornets are undergoing contact tracing after playing the Spurs on Sunday night and will have their next two games postponed. In addition to Tuesday's game against the Detroit Pistons, the Spurs' scheduled games against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday and New York Knicks on Saturday will also be postponed.
