Minnesota Timberwolves point guard D'Angelo Russell (leg) will not play in Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Russell will not be active against the Clippers after recent left leg soreness. Expect Ricky Rubio to play an increased role in an average matchup against a Clippers' unit ranked 15th in FanDuel points allowed per game to point guards this season.
Rubio's Wednesday projection includes 7.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 5.4 assists.
