Damian Lillard (abdominal) ruled out for Trail Blazers against 76ers
Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard (abdominal strain) is out for Thursday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Lillard said after Tuesday's win over the Washington Wizards that he has been dealing with an abdominal issue in recent games. It's now unclear if he's facing a multi-game absence after previously trying to play through the issue. C.J. McCollum (foot), Derrick Jones Jr. (foot), and Nassir Little (knee) are also all out. Anfernee Simons will likely join Gary Trent Jr. in the starting backcourt and the Trail Blazers will also need to lean more on guys like Carmelo Anthony, Rodney Hood, and even Enes Kanter for offensive production.
Melo is numberFire's best value on Thursday's five-game slate with a projected 30.4 FanDuel points and a salary of $4,600. Simons checks in as our third-best value with a projected 25.9 FanDuel points and a salary of $4,400.
