John Wall seeking revenge as Rockets ready for Wizards

Houston Rockets point guard John Wall said he wants revenge against the Washington Wizards on Tuesday.

What It Means:

Wall, of course, spent the first nine years of his career with the Wizards before being traded to Houston this past offseason. "[There are] a lot of people on that side that probably didn't believe I could come back to be the person I am," Wall said. "Who wouldn't want to beat the team that traded them and felt like I was done? ... That's just my motivation there. They thought I was done. Basically, that's how I feel. This is my opportunity to show them that I'm not done." Wall was limited to 20.7 minutes on Saturday in his return from a five-game absence but he shouldn't have any restrictions on Tuesday against his former employer. The 30-year-old guard has displayed an impressive ceiling this year with a pair of 28-point games. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00pm ET.

numberFire’s models project Wall for 42.2 FanDuel points versus the Wizards and he has a salary of $7,700 on Tuesday's slate. The Wizards are allowing the third-most FanDuel points per game to the point guard position this season.
