Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton will not play Friday in the team's game against the New York Knicks.
Unfortunately for the Cavaliers, neither of their dynamic guards have been able to play for the last couple weeks. Sexton is a part of that, and he'll now sit once again due to his ankle injury. Isaac Okoro figures to nab another start.
