Zion Williamson (health protocols) reportedly cleared for Pelicans
New Orleans Pelicans small forward Zion Williamson (health and safety protocols) has been cleared to play on Friday against the Los Angeles Lakers, reports Andrew Lopez of ESPN.
Williamson was held out Wednesday versus the Los Angeles Clippers due to health and safety protocols. Nickeil Alexander-Walker popped off for a career-best 37 points in that contest with Williamson, Lonzo Ball (knee), and Eric Bledsoe (eye) all sidelined. Zion has scored at least 24 points in three straight contests.
Zion is averaging 36.2 FanDuel points per game and he has the seventh-best offensive rebound percentage (12.6) in the league this season.
