Alec Burks (ankle) doubtful for Knicks on Friday
New York Knicks guard Alec Burks (left ankle sprain) has been upgraded to doubtful for Friday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Burks has been out since last month, so this is an upgrade, although it sounds like he won't be back on the court until at least Sunday's game against the Boston Celtics. Reggie Bullock (hip) is questionable, so Austin Rivers may be looking at another start. RJ Barrett should also continue to see heavy minutes as he currently leads the league with 37.9 minutes played per game.
Barrett is averaging 0.8 FanDuel points and Rivers is averaging 0.6 FanDuel points per minute this season without Burks or Barrett on the court, per FantasyLabs. The Cavaliers are allowing the sixth-fewest FanDuel points per game to opposing players this season.
