Cavaliers' Damyean Dotson entering starting lineup Monday for first time

Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Damyean Dotson will start on Monday against the Orlando Magic.

What It Means:

Darius Garland (shoulder) and Isaac Okoro (foot) are both out tonight, so Dotson will make his first start of the season. Kevin Love (calf), Kevin Porter Jr. (personal), and Matthew Dellavedova (concussion) are also ruled out for Cleveland on Monday night. Cavaliers head coach J.B. Bickerstaff will use his sixth different starting lineup in the first seven games. Collin Sexton figures to be busy on offense and there should also be additional minutes for Dante Exum and Cedi Osman.

numberFire’s models project Dotson for 33.4 minutes and 16.9 FanDuel points versus the Magic. He has a salary of $3,500 on Monday’s nine-game slate.
