Wizards' Alan Anderson (ankle) eyeing Tuesday return
Washington Wizards guard/forward Alan Anderson (ankle) said he plans to make his season debut either on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week, per Jorge Castillo of the Washington Post.
After signing a one-year, $4 million deal with the Wizards in July, Anderson has yet to suit up for the team this season due to ankle surgery in October. His role will be limited out of the gate, so leave him on the waiver wire.
Anderson posted a -1.2 nERD in 74 games last year, averaging 7.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.0 3-pointers in 23.6 minutes per contest.
