Pistons acquire Steve Blake from Nets
The Detroit Pistons acquired Steve Blake from the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for Quincy Miller.
What It Means:
Blake will serve as point guard depth for the Pistons as they await the return of Brandon Jennings to full health.
Blake had a mediocre -2.0 nERD last season, but is a professional backup who makes good decisions and can act as a mentor to the young point guards in Detroit -- Brandon Jennings and Reggie Jackson.
