Kirk Hinrich

Bulls trade Kirk Hinrich to Hawks

The Chicago Bulls have traded guard Kirk Hinrich to the Atlanta Hawks for a second-round draft pick.

What It Means:

Hinrich will become the third-string point guard for the Hawks, playing behind Jeff Teague and Dennis Schroder, so he won't offer any fantasy value in Atlanta. Aaron Brooks is expected to receive additional playing time in Chicago with Hinrich gone, but with Derrick Rose healthy, he's not going to see enough minutes to matter for fantasy purposes.

Hinrich has a -1.3 nERD, which ranks 89, in 35 games played this season. He's averaging 3.8 points, 1.7 assists and 1.7 rebounds per game while posting a 52.8 True Shooting Percentage.
