Trail Blazers' Wenyen Gabriel starting Game 1 Tuesday for Zach Collins (ankle)
Portland Trail Blazers power forward Wenyen Gabriel will start Tuesday in Game 1 against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Gabriel will replace Zach Collins (ankle) in the starting lineup. He started the second half on Saturday after Collins went down but didn't do much. Gabriel averaged 9.1 minutes in 19 games for the Trail Blazers after being acquired from the Sacramento Kings in mid-January. Hassan Whiteside and Gary Trent are set up for more minutes off the bench Tuesday, depending on whether head coach Terry Stotts wants to go big or small against Anthony Davis and the Lakers' frontcourt.
numberFire's models expect Gabriel to play 14.3 minutes and score 9.1 FanDuel points on Tuesday. He costs $3,500. Trent is projected for 21.8 FanDuel points and costs $4,500.
