Seth Curry (leg) upgraded to probable for Mavericks versus Suns
Dallas Mavericks point guard Seth Curry (right leg soreness) has been upgraded to probable for Thursday's game against the Phoenix Suns.
Curry missed three of the last five games due to leg soreness. His return will likely send Trey Burke back to the second unit and take minutes from J.J. Barea. The Mavericks are expected to be without Kristaps Porzingis (heel) on Thursday afternoon, so Curry could be busier than normal on offense. He made 8-of-11 field goals and 4-of-6 3-pointers on Monday when the Mavericks rested Porzingis and Luka Doncic. Dallas is already locked into a first-round matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers, so Doncic may see a reduced workload.
numberFire's models expect Curry to score 24.2 FanDuel points on Thursday. He costs $4,000.
