Oklahoma City Thunder forward/center Nerlens Noel (sore right ankle) is active on Wednesday against the Miami Heat.

Steven Adams (leg) is also active, so Noel will likely be limited to minutes in the high teens off the bench. Mike Muscala will likely not be needed and Darius Bazley is in line for a large decrease in usage after stepping up the past two games.
