The New Orleans Pelicans have ruled Jrue Holiday (right elbow) out for Tuesday's game against the Sacramento Kings.
What It Means:
The Pelicans are now out of contention for the playoffs, and are likely shutting down their studs for the rest of the season.
Holiday played great in the bubble for the Pelicans, but the team just couldn't do enough to overcome the tough competition. He averaged 15.2 points per game in the bubble, with 5 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 0.7 blocks on average.
