Jeremy Lin

Hornets first unit will include Jeremy Lin (ankle)

Charlotte Hornets guard Jeremy Lin (ankle) will start on Wednesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What It Means:

Kemba Walker is sitting this one out with a sore knee, so Lin is going to play heavy minutes even though he is also dealing with a minor injury. He's a solid target in DFS and is a good insurance policy for Walker's owners as well. Get him in lineups and expect Brian Roberts to get a few minutes as the backup point guard.

Lin currently ranks 82nd with a -0.8 nERD in 45 games played this season. In 10 games as a starter, he's averaging 17.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.5 3-pointers with a 56.1 True Shooting Percentage. For tonight's purposes, our models project Lin to finish with 15.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.3 3-pointers against the Cavaliers. He's our second-best value on FanDuel tonight among point guards.
