Houston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon injured his left ankle during a scrimmage against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday.
Gordon was down on the floor for a while and the injury appeared to be serious, but an x-ray is needed to confirm. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Gordon is currently receiving an x-ray to determine the severity of the injury. If Gordon is forced to miss games, look for Danuel House, Ben McLemore, and David Nwaba to see an uptick in minutes.
Gordon averaged 14.5 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game for the Rockets this season before the shutdown.
