Boston's Kemba Walker (left knee) feeling comfortable and ready to go heading into Orlando

Boston Celtics point guard Kemba Walker used the extended break to better his ailing left knee and is feeling comfortable, according to NBC Sports' Chris Forsberg.

What It Means:

When asked about using the break to work on his knee, Walker said "It was super important for me. I really needed to use that break. It definitely helped me get back to myself and start to feel comfortable on my knee". Walker missed multiple games this season with his knee injury and was on a minutes limit before the shutdown. It appears he is passed that now and the Celtics are expecting him to finish the season strong. Walker is averaging 21.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 35.7 FanDuel points per game this season. He ranks 16th among guards in points per game.

numberFire's models project Walker to average 25.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 1.2 steals, and 2.4 triples with a 44.5 field goal percentage and 33.9 3-point percentage over the rest of the season.
