Jayson Tatum (illness) not with Celtics in Cleveland
Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum (illness) did not travel with the team for Wednesday's road game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Tatum was expected to return on Wednesday, but it looks like he will miss both ends of the back-to-back set. Kemba Walker (knee, rest) is also out and Gordon Hayward (knee), Jaylen Brown (hamstring), and Marcus Smart (possible suspension) are uncertain, potentially leaving the Celtics shorthanded on Wednesday. That could lead to big minutes for Grant Williams, Javonte Green, Brad Wanamaker, and Carsen Edwards. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 PM ET.
Per numberFire's NBA Heat Map, the Celtics-Cavaliers game has the second-lowest over/under (216.5 points) on Wednesday's nine-game slate.
