Woj: DeMarre Carroll and Spurs agree to contract buyout on Monday
The San Antonio Spurs and forward DeMarre Carroll have agreed to a contract buyout on Monday.
What It Means:
Carroll will end his brief tenure with the Spurs after agreeing to a buyout. According to Wojnarowski, the Houston Rockets are reportedly the favorites to sign the veteran forward once he clears waivers.
In 15 games this season, Carroll averaged 2.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 0.7 assists.
