Kyrie Irving (knee) could return to Nets practice after break
Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving (right knee) could return to practice after the All-Star break, per head coach Kenny Atkinson.
“There’s a lot of days and I don’t want to go out and say something that I'd regret later," Atkinson replied when asked if Irving would return for the Nets' first game after the All-Star break, on February 20 against the Philadelphia 76ers. "When we get back, those first couple practices will determine where he is.” Irving missed the past five games, resulting in more work for Spencer Dinwiddie and Caris LeVert.
Kyrie is averaging 46.1 FanDuel points per game. numberFire's models project him for 27.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.4 steals, 0.5 blocks, and 3.0 3-pointers over the rest of the season.
