According to Aldridge, Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson will not receive a buyout.
Thompson is expected to play the remainder of the season with the Cavaliers despite today's trade for Andre Drummond.
Expect the veteran center to come off Cleveland's bench going forward.
