Jordan Bell

Jordan Bell reportedly moving to Rockets from Timberwolves

The Houston Rockets are acquiring power forward Jordan Bell from the Minnesota Timberwolves as part of a four-team, 12-player deal, reports ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

What It Means:

Bell and Robert Covington are both heading to Houston as part of the deal, with Clint Capela becoming a member of the Atlanta Hawks. P.J. Tucker is going to start at center for the small-ball Rockets, but Bell could leap Isaiah Hartenstein for reserve minutes. He averaged just 8.7 minutes in 27 games for the Timberwolves this season.

In the 23 games Bell has logged at least 20 minutes in his career, he averaged 6.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 0.9 steals, and 1.4 blocks.
