Jaylen Brown (thumb) not playing for Celtics on Thursday against Bucks
Boston Celtics small forward Jaylen Brown (thumb) will not play on Thursday versus the Milwaukee Bucks.
Brown sprained his thumb on Wednesday. He still finished with 24 points and a season-high 12 rebounds, but the Celtics are holding him out of the second leg of the back-to-back set. Marcus Smart will likely draw another start while Jayson Tatum could see more usage in his return.
The Celtics-Bucks game has the second-highest over/under on Wednesday's five-game slate (225.5 points).
