Minnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns (left knee sprain) is "nearing a return," according to Jon Krawczysnki of The Athletic.
Towns will miss a 14th consecutive game on Monday against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but it sounds like he has a chance to return for Wednesday's home matchup with the Indiana Pacers. The impending return means Gorgui Dieng's value is going to essentially evaporate.
