Minnesota Timberwolves center Nikola Pekovic will start in Monday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers for Kevin Garnett (knee).

Pekovic is still not 100 percent and said he has some bad days with his foot. Gorgui Dieng and Nemanja Bjelica will back him up.
Pekovic ranks 77th with a -0.4 nERD through eight games played, and he still isn't seeing more than about 15 minutes per game, removing any fantasy value he might have as a starter. He's averaging 6.1 points and only 1.8 rebounds in 14.4 minutes per game.
