Otto Porter (hip) expected to return to Wizards Monday
Washington Wizards small forward Otto Porter (hip) is expected to return to action on Monday against the Boston Celtics.
Porter was able to go through shootaround, but he revealed he aggravated a labrum tear in his hip, a concern which he said he's going to have to deal with all season. Despite that news, Porter said he's feeling healthy, so it's a perplexing contradiction. Although he's not expected to see heavy minutes in his first game back, Porter's return will impact the roles of Kelly Oubre and Jared Dudley.
Porter ranks 68th with a 0.5 nERD and is averaging 12.5 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.2 3-pointers on a career-high 51.4 Effective Field Goal Percentage in 34 games this season.
