Gordon Hayward avoids broken nose in Celtics' loss
Boston Celtics guard/forward Gordon Hayward doesn't think he will be placed in the concussion protocol after getting hit in the face in Wednesday's 122-117 loss to the Indiana Pacers.
Hayward was popped in the nose in the fourth quarter and didn't return. "I just got hit in the nose and immediately couldn't really see much and felt pretty dizzy," Hayward said after the game. "I still have a pretty good headache right now, but hopefully by tomorrow it should be good." Wednesday was the front end of a back-to-back for Boston, so there's a chance Hayward is held out for the second half.
If Hayward plays, numberFire's models project him for 27.1 FanDuel points. He's priced at $6,500.
