Toronto Raptors guard Fred VanVleet (knee) will not play in Monday's matchup against the Chicago Bulls.
VanVleet is ruled out after exiting Sunday's game with a right knee contusion. Norman Powell should see more minutes on Monday.
Powell's projection against Detroit includes 10.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.4 assists.
