Hassan Whiteside (hip) ruled out for Trail Blazers on Thursday versus Bucks
Portland Trail Blazers center Hassan Whiteside (right hip tendinitis) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Whiteside was held out of the morning shootaround, but the severity of the injury is unknown. Consider him questionable for Saturday's road game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Skal Labissiere will likely draw his first start of the season on Thursday.
Whiteside is averaging 35.1 FanDuel points per game this season. The Trail Blazers have the lowest implied total (107.75 points) on Thursday's four-game slate, per numberFire's NBA Heat Map.
