Houston Rockets point guard Russell Westbrook (rest) is starting on Monday versus the Portland Trail Blazers.
Westbrook is taking back over for Austin Rivers in the starting lineup after sitting out Saturday in the second half of a back-to-back. He's averaging 21.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 6.8 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.1 3-pointers on 43.1 percent shooting through 11 games for the Rockets.
