Brooklyn Nets rookie power forward Nicolas Claxton needs more minutes, head coach Kenny Atkinson said.
"He deserves another opportunity, but we’ll see," Atkinson said of Claxton. "We have to find a way to get him minutes." The second-round pick made his NBA debut on Friday and has logged 12 minutes in both of his appearances, totaling 12 points and 8 rebounds. Claxton is competing with Jarrett Allen and DeAndre Jordan for minutes.
Claxton is averaging 13.1 FanDuel points per game.
