Miami Heat guard / forward Dion Waiters has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers due to an illness.
What It Means:
Waiters hasn't played a game for the Heat yet this season as a combination of a suspension, poor conditioning and illness has kept him sidelined. His next chance to make his 2019-20 season debut will come on Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons.
