Memphis Grizzlies center Jonas Valanciunas (sore foot) will be on a minutes limit in Wednesday's series opener against the Miami Heat, per Peter Edmiston of The Athletic.
Valanciunas "will be on a minutes limitation as he's managed back to full health," according to Edmiston. It's encouraging to see the big man is suiting up for the first game of the season, but the restrictions put an obvious damper on his fantasy outlook. Hopefully this isn't a lingering issue throughout the season.
numberFire's models project Valanciunas for 18.5 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per game this season.
