Nuggets' Danilo Gallinari (ankle) will not play Wednesday
Denver Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari (left ankle) will miss Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns.
It'll be Gallinari's second straight game on the sidelines, which will give Kostas Papanikolaou another opportunity to start, although Papanikolaou only managed to play 11 minutes on Tuesday.
Gallinari has been one of the league's better players this season, and his 6.7 nERD, which ranks 27th, reflects that. He is averaging 17.3 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists. The only area of concern is his 39 percent field goal percentage.
