OG Anunoby (appendicitis) out indefinitely for Toronto
Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby (appendicitis) needed emergency surgery to remove his appendix on Thursday and will be out indefinitely.
Anunoby was rushed to the hospital on Thursday and went under the knife right away. The Raptors have not timeline for his return, but it typically takes at least three weeks to return to action following this type of surgery. Norman Powell will see an uptick in minutes during the first round or two of the playoffs.
Anunoby averaged 7.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 13.8 FanDuel points per game this season.
